CAR OWNER'S BEWARE!! Rob is a heartless low life, who capitalizes off of the misfortune of others. His motto ""We believe that every customer is special, and we will work hard to keep your business! \r This is a joke and a lie! Since 5/2011 I've used him for all my vechicle needs spending over $13,000.00 in the last 16 months on one vehicle alone. In September the transmission in my Mountaineer started going up. So I took my 2000 Dodge Durango to him to perform work so that it would pass inspection and be road worthy. \r \r On October 22, 2012 my husband's only work vechicle starting have probelms so he took it to Rob for repairs. Four (4) invoices and 40 days later our pay out was $6,064.25. The day before Thanksgiving Rob calls my home leaving a message that Black Friday will be 30 days that my Durango has been on his lot. If I don't pay and pick up my vehcile he's putting a mechanics lien on it to have it auctioned to recover the $2400.00 that I owe him. Sure enough he did but only after he tacked on $950 in storage fees to the bill and $1000 auction fee. Total cost to recover my Durango $4321.00!!\r \r Not once during the 40 days that my husband was giving him money hands over fist did he say you have to pay money towards what's owed on the Durango or I'm putting a lien on it. Nor was he willing to work out anything in regards to the money owed. He auctioned off my vehicle nowing full well that we were repeat customers that always paid and helped keep his small business going! more
