It was a terrible decision to select Infiniti to do our motorized blind installation. In SEPTEMBER - we selected Infiniti over the competition as we thought that Infinity would do a professional installation. While not ideal, it was OK that the 1st time they showed up to install the blinds there were missing components and they had to reschedule for 4 weeks later. However, when they supposedly did get all the parts ordered; the installation was extremely subpar.\r 1) The shades were not installed evenly - all three shades on the same wall are at different levels - they look TERRIBLE.\r 2) The facings are incomplete - they look UNFINISHED as there are no end-caps. The installer had no idea if there are end-caps and figured they just came that way.\r 3) The installer wasn't able to get the remote shades to work and said that 'his boss' would be by today to program them. We never even got a phone call to setup an appointment. The shades are completely USELESS.\r 4) The installer didn't clean up his mess - CRAP all over the floor. (oh and when he took off his blue over-shoe booties he just left them on our front porch for us to clean up)\r Then Brad Gratwohl, the “CEO” came over to inspect the work – they have supposedly fired that installer – but however, because of the way the blinds are installed they can’t be fixed without ruining the wall – my husband now has to reinforce the wall. Now it is middle of JANUARY – they still have not come to fix the issue of the blinds being crooked, or have provided us with the correct remotes or end caps. \r more
