No one likes a trip to an er with an infant...but I can say without a doubt that this is a place I don't mind going. Well..minus a sick infant... The folks at this location were absolutely the kindest and most compassionate care I have EVER received at a doc in a box. With 20 yrs and 6 kiddos worth of parenthood I can say I have seen my fair share of er's. Trust me this place blows its competition out of the water. My child was called back before I could ever complete the paperwork. We were taken into the room and NEVER left for more then a minute. I was in and out of this place in under an hour.... And when you have a cranky 8 month old with an ear infection THAT is a godsend. The doctor and the nurse as well as the support staff treated us with respect and dignity that you certainly would not get at a local crowded er. The staff was genuine and caring... Unlike hospital er's where you often feel like an inconvenience to the staff. If I could give them 10 stars I would. My little one is getting better and the doc even called the next day to check on her... I don't even get this with my pediatric doctors.. Very pleased to add this wonderful office to Kingwood.\r
