EXTREMELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY SALES STAFF!\r • -Disgusted, angry & mistrustful of this company. We have no evidence of repairs other than invoice. \r • -1st TIME: TX Windstorm Insurance Co. repair requirement, requested 1st repairs for $300. Repairs done & pics taken. But pictures did not match areas TX windstorm required!\r • -After repairs, ceiling leaked in the area where TX Windstorm said needed to be repaired.\r • -2nd call was made Alliance Roofing, who said it was the Airhawk, not the shingles. .\r • -2ND TIME: Believed them, authorized repairs for $250, but said it has to be done before 12/18/12, since I am out of town 2 weeks. \r • -I waited all day at home 12/18/12. No one came!!! \r • -Came back 1/2/13. Received an invoice for work done. No evidence provided of work done.\r • -Also, MY 65 in FLATSCREEN TV STOLEN FROM LIVING ROOM WHILE I WAS OUT OF TOWN—one only can see TV from fenced backyard!\r • -Contacted Alliance roofing, Chris, a male employee. Extremely unpleasant man, rude, disrespectful. Wanted only $250. I left strong message for owner but no response. Disappointed, I sent a check and wrote them off.\r • -Today, Alliance Roofing called to ask for the check, and male Chris again extremely rude unpleasant. Said the police didn't contact them and threatened to put a lien on my house for $250. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE after all this.... \r more
