Going into a dealership to purchase a new car can be a bit unsettling because you're worrying about if you can settle on a deal that is best for you. I've been to several dealerships in the D.C./Baltimore area within the past few years and I have never felt as comfortable as I did when at Carbiz. They truly are dedicated to the best customer service possible and it really shows! They choose only quality cars that they know will be easy to sell. This is a great strategy because you know you're driving away with a reliable vehicle that they weren't just "trying to get rid of". I worked with Sarah and she was amazing. It was great talking with her because it felt extremely natural like I was just speaking with a friend I'd known for a while who happened to be selling me a car. I would highly recommend Carbiz to anyone searching for a painless experience to deal with.
