As a competitve runner, I have my share of 'hot spot' areas that need to be focused on in order to continue running with good form - and in general - to be able to continue running injury-free. I've had a series of 1-hour massages with Jenny, in addition to her demonstrating specific exercises for me to work on. I feel that her knowledge as a runner as well as her expertise in sports massage have made a positive difference in how I feel, including my running/mechanics.
