Horrible service, horrible people, horrible equipment, horrible experience. Equipment is cheap and doesn't work. Sensors started falling off of the doors and windows immediately after they were ""installed"" (there's no installation - the sensors are stickers). Company will not fix it, and insist that we have to pay them still. On top of that, when I refused to pay, they said they would charge me a cancellation fee for a contract that I didn't even realize we signed. The salesman was pushy and was in our home for like 2 hours eating our food and drinking our beer. He didn't explain anything about getting saddled with a ""monitoring service"" contract. The account managers are rude and ignorant.\r
