If there was a rating of negative 5 stars, this place deserves it hands down! I know myself better than anyone else and you may not believe it but i always make it a point to return anything i rented before the due date. That is something I know that i can truly face God and say that is true. Today when i went to City DVD to rent a new movie, i was informed that i am 249 days late on a dvd that i know and remember I have returned. If had not gone today, I would not have known this, that there is something wrong with their records cause I sure have returned it. I swear to God!\r

To make it short I paid for the lost dvd and he would not refund me on the $3 for the new movie i just rented seconds ago. This is not admitting my fault but I just want this out of my life forever. The guy MB on the counter was sarcastic and would rather keep the $23 he got from me today than keep a loyal customer. The reason why i only came back just now is because they really don't have much of a selection anyway. Stay away from this place. So not worth it!
