After shopping at numerous carpet stores, and big box stores, I chose Long's primarily for two reasons: 1. CUSTOMER SERVICE. Long's was willing to be flexible with the tear out and installation dates, with time to paint in between. Long's was able to accommodate me at no extra charge. Bill and Wally, their installers, were clean, very helpful, careful with our furniture, and fast. They arrived on time, and finished quickly. They cleaned up after themselves completely. They have worked together for Long's for many years, and it shows in their professionalism. 2. STRAIGHTFORWARD PRICING. Jayson Long came to our home, quickly took measurements, and gave us the total price, including moving our furniture and tax. There were no ""nickel and dime"" surprises. Long's pricing was quite reasonable, even compared to the box stores. My experience with Long's was entirely favorable. They have moved next to Brown Bear CarWash near Costco.
