I will NEVER go here again. I went in because I have headaches and I wanted to see if I needed glasses. \r I was told that I needed no line bifocals. I got one pair a week after my appointment. I wore then for 3 days and got horrible migraines from the glasses. I called and told them not to make the second pair because the prescription was wrong. I was going to vacation and couldn't go in until i got back. On my vacation I got a call telling me the second pair was in. I went in and they told me that I needed to see the doctor again, because they will not give a refund for their mistakes. I told them that I had awful customer service the first time i went it. When I told them who it was that helped me the first time, I was yelled at and told that i shouldn't talk bad about the person that helped me because he was murdered in a drive by. This is extremely unprofessional. The second prescription was only $100 and I was told that I would be paying for the cost of $319 for the first set they made me that was wrong. The second prescription took 3 months to come and when it did it was wrong again. It turns out I have perfect vision and didn't need glasses. The customer service was awful and I was never issued a refund. I tried speaking with the manager on countless occasions. I made appointments with him and every time I went in he would either not be there for our appointment or wouldn't come out from the back room. I talked to him on the phone and he told me that I wouldn't go to a pharmacy and return medicine I purchased, so why would i get the same for glasses. After countless hours going into the store and on the phone I was told that store did not document any of the process and I was told I was a liar and the prescription was correct. It took me one year to finally get some one to call me from corporate. \r DO NOT GO HERE. \r If you need glasses it is worth the extra cost to go to a place that knows what they are doing and cares about customer service. more
