Horrible customer service on the telephone and even worse when the ""technician"", who is the OWNER, strolls into your house. He showed up to our house REEKING OF CIGARETTE SMOKE. Our entire house smelt like disgusting smoke after he left. In addition, they over charged us for the work they did. I called a few other local companies and asked them how much the cost would be to perform the same work, and they were all 30-40% cheaper. With I had done that before hand. Do yourself a favor, and go with a different company!
