I purchased a Rainbow vacuum over 18 years ago and I still do the happy dance each time I use it. I LOVE it and the motor still keeps on working. When the time comes to purchase a new one, I will get another Rainbow for sure. \r

HOWEVER, the place where I purchase that vacuum will not be at Rainbow/Bry Enterprises. The hose for one of my attachments has become worn and needs to be replaced. We called this company and left a message about needing a replacement and two weeks later still have had no response. I have been going crazy without that hose and decided to see what I could find online. I went to Amazon and found one there that was only $15 more than what was advertised at the Meridian store but with free shipping. I bought it and will be doing the happy dance again next week!! \r

I feel bad for Rainbow/Bry Enterprises who lost a small amount of money now and a large amount of money in the future when I need another vacuum. They should answer the phone or at least return messages.
