Beware! And look at all their ""positive"" reviews here and yp, etc are exactly the same. If that doesn't make you suspicious, then read about this encounter with this firm.\r \r Their agent, Ashley, was 45 minutes late to one appointment and did not show at all to another appointment (overslept) with a client who was looking for a home for her and her daughter. This woman is a single mother and primary caregiver of a severely handicapped daughter and the time away requires her to pay for nursing care since her daughter is on a ventilator. Not money well spent with Texas Income Property.\r \r I posted this on another site and was contacted by Juliette who asked me to remove the comments. She asserted that Ashley was not one of their employees, even though she was listed as such on the Texas Income Property website. Now Texas Income Property's website does not post employee information.\r \r When I refused, she posted that my comments came from a disgruntled renter who had been evicted. I challenged her to cite me by name, Justice of the Peace court and cause number to prove that mendacity. None has been forth coming since none exists.
