Just last week Dec.19 I called Arnica because there was no heat on a brand new Burnham Boiler I got installed last year. Tech. was there in 15 mins very quiet and informed me I need system to be bleed. After work was complete tech. told 15 mins adding up my bill which amounted to over $400. I was in shock!! later customer service called to follow up and I informed them of the high charge and I was ignored! If you have the cash then use this service otherwise shop around.\r
Follow-up...01/09/13....Laurie from Arnica called me back and offered me a lower price for the work that was completed on my boiler last year. I am completely statisfied that Arnica Heating & Air Conditioning took the time to settle my complaint. I will use Arnica again and recommend this company to future customers
