A close friend of mine, who is a patient of Dr Hands, insisted I see him regarding my neck and shoulder problems. A few appointments later, I was amazed at how much better I felt, moved and slept. He takes the time to listen, explain what is going on and gives advice as to exercises, stretches, etc. that I can do, between visits, to help myself. I cannot believe how much better I feel!
