Placed an order for 29 t-shirts with simple printing on the back. Asked that the logo be different than the one I had e-mailed to them, they agreed. Was told it would take around two weeks to get them done possibly earlier but that I would be called. I never received a call and the pickup date[a saturday] came and went. Finally my associates and I came down to retrieve either our money or our shirts four days later with still no phone call. After arriving we were not greeted by the two women working. Finally I asked where our shirts were that were supposed to be done four days ago. I got absolutely nothing but attitude from the both of them and after asking what they'd made the shirts under they kicked out a box full of unfolded shirts with the WRONG logo on them. Fed up we took them and went our separate ways. Now that the shirts have been handed out to our members I am receiving reports that the logos have come off with just one wash! Our shirts are now ruined and useless to us as we are a professional association. I am appalled by both the customer service and products of Ball Embroidery. Do NOT take your business there. We will be using Miller Imprints from this incident forward.
