Treat your customers with respect. Telling them that your mistake wasn't a federal crime and hanging up on them is no way to get repeat business... oh yeah, when a customer says they are allergic to something and specifically and respectfully asks you to leave it off their order... do it (it saves you money after all!)\r
Your food is great but you just lost me as a customer and I have been eating at your restaurant for 4 years.\r
