James Charles Design... I have WON a JUDGMENT in Aug. 2012, against James Charles, who is also the founder and creator of Designer at Home, for a substantial amount of money. I, a senior citizen, had given him over $200,000 for which he was to remodel my home. He failed to purchase any product and failed to return my money....which resulted in a lawsuit. To this date he still refuses to pay on the judgment and continues to ignore me and my attorney. BUYER BEWARE
