Last week, I finally got my new fireplace and went to install it only to find the shut off valve was defective. I called Doug and true to his advertising of being proud of his work, he came out and replaced the valve for free and even hooked up my new fireplace for me!!! He stands by his work!!! And as if hooking up my new fireplace was not enough extra service, he found a dryer vent that had come loose and offered to fix it for me --- for FREE AGAIN!!!
