I cannot express my dissatisfaction enough with the diagnosis provided from Dr. Allison Maddox, DVM in regards to my pet Rocco, who was seen for a leg injury Monday, August 13th, 2012. She seemed entirely unconfident in her diagnosis of my pet?s injury and was not able to provide me with any relevant information. For most of the visit she was unsure as to if we were even looking at the correct animal in the x-rays provided. When questioned about a cloudy area on the screen, she informed me that was my pet?s testicles, when in fact my dog is neutered. When asked if we were even looking at the correct leg, she was completely unsure and had to step out of the room to double check she even had the right slides on the screen. She kept using completely irrelevant veterinary jargon that was in no way informative or understandable; informing me that she was sure it was not a ?bone cancer? issue.
