First they installed my A/C system wrong, I spent some good money on the system and the install was completely wrong. When turning the unit on it would just blow warm air throughout the house. I would have checked it immediately but it seemed like the people installing it packed up and rushed out quickly, I didn't get any instruction, on how to use it. After using google I figured out how to turn it on and set the temp. Anyways I called them and asked if they could fix it. Yes they could, but i'd have to pay. (what? I just purchased a very expensive system, they installed it incorrectly & I have to pay?) I asked to talk to a manager, eventually I was forwarded to someone, but it went straigt to voicemail. They pretty much ignored me until I stopped calling, it's funny since theyre website says: Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We're not happy until you are. Just try us!
