Worse salon experience! Had a keratin treatment that cost me $250 and two days later my hair was falling out! Had horrible breakage and my hair was frizzy and not smoothe at all! I called to ask what the problem was and the receptionist was rude and refused to let me speak with a manager. I called several times and got same answer. I came in and they said there was nothing they could do since it was past the 7 days. I spent $250 on something that damaged my hair!! Rude stylist and receptionist!! I felt like a paycheck more so than a customer! Not to mention the stylist tried to sell me over $100 worth of product which was worthless!! The manager is rude! Will not recommend this horrible salon to anyone!
