Aquatech plumbing backs their service warranty! Larry and Jason installed a tankless water heater and the thing itself had a problem. The manufacturer agreed it was their issue, but we?d have to wait 4 days for the part! How about no hot water! This was Friday and we had company coming for the week-end! The owner of AquaTech had his plumbers pull that unit and install another one that night, when they knew they might not get their money back from the tankless company because they told us to wait on a part. Aquatech understood our situation with friends coming and was on our side. They took care of us. We?ll always use Aquatech Plumbing. You couldn?t tear me away. Peggy
