I must say I definitely got benefited by hiring them. Most important of all, their team was available for me round the clock. Whenever I asked a very important question, I sure got the response no matter what day and time it was. That gave me lot of confidence. My advice for anyone would be to do their homework and feed information to them as needed. Also, ask questions and set a specific goal. Then they will work on it. In my case I sent lot of emails..but later thought a visit could have saved lot of email communication. I did not go to court, but if I had to go to a court then I am confident that they would have given a tough fight for me. I will definitely go to them for any other future unfortunate incidents that none of us welcomes.
