Unfortunately, I was not even able to make an appointment. First time in my life, I was in a lot of pain. A friend had recommended this place for their massages. Fortunately, my health care plan covers these services so my intent was always to become a client, however, I needed immediate relief at that moment. The receptionist had told me I could make an appointment with the masseuse first and then see Dr. Nazila later. However, Dr. Nazila took over my call and we had a ""conversation"" in which I shared my fear of chiropractors with her; I also explained that I did understand that I would need to see her for an official diagnosis. What followed, absolutely stunned me. Instead of trying to ease my fears, she was unbelievably rude and abrupt and told me that I should go to a ""massage parlor"" instead. Even though I had already submitted my insurance information, clearly indicating my intent, she apparently assumed that I would try to skip out on the ""exam"" portion.
