Very disappointing. My family travelled overseas on a 2 week vacation. I had reserved a mini van from London Taxi of Norwood to transport us to and from the airport because we had too much luggage for a sedan. On the trip out, the driver arrived on time, but the van was decrepit - dented, rusty and musty. On the return, after we had been travelling for over 24 hours straight, they were late for our pickup and when they arrived, they had sent a sedan. The driver told me he didn't know we needed a van, even though I had specifically reserved it AND they had taken us to the airport! There was no way we could all fit, so we were forced to leave the limo area with all of our luggage, head to the taxi queue and pay much higher fares and a premium for a Boston mini-van. This aggravation cost us an extra $25 and forced us to a great deal of inconvenience.
