I work for a property management company and Ultimate does all the servicing for our air conditioning and heating equipment. They are quick to respond, usually they will send someone within 24 hours of our request if not sooner. All of the technicians are well informed on all of the issues, the training they receive is superb. They work very well with us on the property management side, as well as working with the tenants. They give the tenants tips to help avoid having them come back, they are great about preventative maintenance.
