I see a lot of bad reviews for this company, but fortunately, our experience with them was pretty good. The warranty on our crappy TV put us in contact with them and the person we spoke with on the phone and the repair man who came to our house were both friendly. Repairman handled our heavy 55in with care. Overall, we were with a broken TV for only two days.
