I called last month to put my account on vacation hold until I got a renter in my rental property. I was informed not to pay my bill and that I would be receiving a new bill. I never got one. I called again today to cancel the account and I was informed that I would be charged for an entire month of service even if I cancelled the service effective today. I was also informed that I was charged $35 for a bill I never received. So on top of paying for service I don't want I'm being charged an ""admin fee"" because the ""admin"" neglected to do their job and send a new statment. Horrible company. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
