Horrible place to go. Wish I never spent a dime in this place. Sold me what they had in stock not what I wanted. They saw me as a dollar sign coming thru the door. The person I dealt with she seemed fake with artificial genuine quality about her like I'll be yur best friend but what I really want is all yur money. That is horrible way to run a business and have no repeat customers. Now on to my unsatifatory crappy over priced equipment I bought. Again they sold me what they had in stock not what I wanted. For the 12,000 dollars I spent in total including all the replacement equipment I bought at sounds of tristate. With half the money I spent I could of had a killer system from sounds of tristate. it almost seems that their head installer is not appricated and recognized for his hard work and devotion to the company. He needs to be working in a high quality shop working with professional people. In closing don't go to this place a waste of time money with a lot of aggravation.
