This company is unbelievable. I went out on a limb choosing them to do some electrical repairs, and am now 100% regretting it. Yes, they got me right in with an appointment, fixed the problem quickly, but charged me an arm & a leg($270) to replace one outlet. I have a warranty on my home and I have been calling Mr. Quik for weeks since my home repair trying to hunt down the electrician to call my warranty company and give them the diagnosis on my repair so I can get reimbursed my $$. It has almost been 2 months, and nearly a dozen phone calls to Mr. Quik and nothing has been resolved.I am a few more phone calls away from filing a formal complaint against their company. I keep getting the run around that a manager will call and they still have not. I will never AGAIN use Mr. Quik and I'll be sure to let as many others know about their poor service and lack of ""customer satisfaction!""
