I'd like to thank Greg Brown from Service because last week he took the time to solve the problem with the brakes on my 2005 Saturn Ion 3. Where some repair services would have stopped at telling me what a brake job would cost, he discovered that it was caused by the tire department at Sears a few months earlier and called their service manager for me. When I brought the car to Sears, they fixed the rotors at no charge, no hassle. I've been driving it for a few days now and it seems to be fine. His effort pretty much proves that your service department truly cares about its customers. While he didn't perform that repair last week, you can be assured that I'll be back for the next one -- hopefully not too soon! I've told several friends about this, and they're impressed, too.
