Disappointed in service! A mechanical failure in my MDX in January was initially fixed costing several thousand $$. However, complications to the transmission from the first problem were never correctly diagnosed. After having the car in 3 times for the same issue, their response was to flush the system each time. Needless to say, this didn't work the last time either. What was that about the definition of insanity?\r

Oh, and that email you get after service stating they want to ensure your satisfaction is 100%, don't believe it! I emailed my displeasure and they never got back with me.
