Scheduled my massage with Danielle two weeks in advance. Showed up and was told she cancelled due to illness -- apparently I couldn't be called because ""the phones were down"" (I guess no one at Villagio owns a cellphone). The new receptionist, who is completely inept, offered a massage with a different therapist. As a result, my 90-minute, $200 massage that was supposed to be therapeutic for muscle pain was a mediocre relaxation massage that did not help my back in any way. I asked the receptionist to have her manager call me, but never received a call. Neither me nor my family will return to Villagio. Much better service and accommodations at Salon 01 and Rejuve.
