I have a summer home in Long Beach Island, New Jersey. One of my tenants noticed that there was a musty type of smell coming from the vents when my air conditioner came on. I called this company for help. They were great! When I inititally phoned I had talked to Nicole and explained my situation. She suggested that the odor might be coming from water in the drain pan of my air conditioner coils. We decided to have the service tech check this out when he came to do the service.
On day of service, Doug arrived right when expected. He was friendly and knowledgable. He went right in my attic to check out the A/C coils. He said yes, there is standing water there and they should definately be cleaned. The service took about 3 hours from start to finish. He chemically cleaned the pan and coil and vacuumed out all of my ducts. When he was finished he sanitized the entire system.
I was happy with the service from start to finish and would definately call this company when my Hillsborough home needs cleaning this fall.
