The wait time is ridiculous. I've waited over 2 hours each visit. Dr Chuck isn't terrible, but he's not the best. He put his PA on me, after waiting hours to see him, and she doesn't know enough to go alone w/o Dr supervision, her info only comes from med school books (doesn't maintain real-world research) and rolls her eyes if you are an informed patient. Rude, yes. Conceited, yes. But they do have good personalities. Dr Chuck is personable and likeable. Shannon Cox, PA, is colder (I suppose that is called professional these days) but she's not abrasive either. They have an x-ray in the office, so that's convenient. The front office staff is nice. The nurses are not IMO. I do not recommend them b/c they don't value my time, don't apologize for it, and just don't care. It's take it or leave them, and that's a deal breaker for me.
