A horrible business. It took 4 weeks to make an appointment. I was told my car would be ready in 45 minutes, but after 90 minutes they still hadn't touched it. The manager herself gave lots of hand-waiving excuses and full-throttle attitude when I inquired about the delay, acting as if I had no reason to feel frustrated. She said I could continue to wait or feel free to leave and *try* to ask Groupon for my money back -- clearly she didn't give a damn about my business. I left with my dirty car and tears in my eyes. Save yourself and stay away from Next Level.
