I am a very active person and when I came across some pain the last month or so before I went to my general practioner I thought I would try a Sports Chiropracter. Dr Bowling spent an hour with me going over the anatomy and possible cause of my issues. He did numerous stretches and adjustments with me along with emailing me numerous exercises to work on at home. I am still in the healing process but the difference in my pain helped me get back to my exercise and good sleep!
