Been using ICS for more years than I can remember and still have the original car that started the relationship. Have had a couple of other cars serviced and while going in for one thing I always seem to come out with several things. im not complaining because I am given the option to decline. The hardest part is there should be a discount offered for continued business or large jobs. I have received discount emails after just dropping several thousands of dollars to get my car caught up on service. I could have used the discount at the time of the service. I don't know how long the discount email is valid for nor do I know when the next service is going to be needed. The best thing and real reason we keep coming back to ICS is Tony Carbone. He is awesome.
