Very dissatisfied. Contract work to install paver patio in April 2012. Charged for extra fees after project completion with no warning, agreement on cost or addendum to written contract. Per written contract; ""Any alterations or deviation from specifications involving extra cost or labor and material will ONLY be executed with an agreed upon written proposal for same, and will be an extra charge over the sum upon in this contract. All agreements must be in writing."" Contractor used an obscure statement on back of contract, 'verbal change orders accepted for unforeseen, unknown circumstances'. Nothing was unforeseen or unknown. Additionally, the contractor failed to return for a simple repair then refused to refund for a cost of $45 after contacting his business twice over a 3+ weeks. Treated me with an unprofessional demeanor and disdain for customer satisfaction.
