What a horrible experience we just had here! The salesman knew very little about the car - I had to show him things I knew and learned from the Honda website. I asked for a trade-in value while we test drove, when we returned I asked how much and he said the manager decided to NOT give me a value unless I was going to buy today. Why didn't he tell me that before we went for the test drive? I said thank you, but we were no longer interested. He called my phone a few minutes later and said his ""other"" manager gave him a value for my trade (it was very low). What a pack of lies! I loved the car and am buying it at another Honda dealer. They lost a customer through their deceitful business practices!
