In August 2012 after signing a lease was told my apt would not be ready for a few hours due to they were still cleaning.. This wasn?t a problem since it was going to take me that long to get my things to move in. Prior to ever moving in My situation change and I no longer needed the Apartment. After calling and working this situation our I turned in the Keys. about a month later I got a call from a collections agent that I was in default of the Months rent.. Considering I never move in and had the keys less than two hours and the Apartment wasn't ready to be moved into, This collections is absurd.
