It is amazing that before 10:00 they were already 1 hour behind schedule. I had an appt today at 10 and they had me scheduled for next week. When I asked them to help me rectify the situation they were dumfounded that I would even ask. They were rude and dismissive. I had to take time off from work and don't have the type of job that I could easily switch my days around. Anyone looking for professionalism stay away from Main street radiology Bayside and go to another facility. Only then will they realize that patients are a priority and deserve to be treated with respect.
