I had an appt and i showed up on time but because they gave me a 30 minute time slot and my fill was going to take 45 mins they refused to do my fill. I have never had anyone tell me that due to length of time i couldn't be seen, especially if i had an appt already. Whether its 30 min or 2 hrs, other salons have always done my nails without complaining. I thought because their website looked nice i would give them a try but there is no customer service here. They are rude and not very friendly. They made me feel like i did something wrong, and I had already cancelled my previous appt with another salon to get to this one earlier. very unimpressed. I wont be back.
