Dear Sobieski, I had a service call on saturday the 25th. The service person advised that a homeowner needs to check an A/C weekly if it is installed in the attic and that I am responsible for frequent checks. Well, $120 and 36 hours later I had a serious water damage. Luckily I called a competitor who actually showed and explained the installation problem with my A/C and then actually fixed it !
