I have had Insurance with Mark since 1985, and many family members as well. KAT was awesome, allways willing to go the extra mile, very helpful with my children when they started driving, Actually calling a tow truck for my daughter when it was needed and keeping her calm. But that Beeeeeotch in the office now is aweful, she is the one that is rude! Wont return calls, puts us off, and is dumb as a bag of dirt. I am currently looking into a New carrier, for lets see ..... 4 vehicles, 1 motor cycle, homeowners ins. Seeeeeeee ya!
