I had to give it a star because that was the lowest option, it would have been worse if I had lower choices. This place is TERRIBLE! I'm an Outside Salesperson that is always using these type of Merchant Service Centers, and this is the worst I've ever used. I asked for the slowest/cheapest form of shipping and received an unbelievably outrageous charge. After paying and walking out I figured out I could have sent the the shipments out via USPS Priority Mail for 1/2 the cost! The employees (owner?) spoke very staggered/limited English which made communication difficult. Take your business anywhere, but here. I also have a Company American Express Card for expense purposes and they don't accept American Express here.
