First, I want to say that we saw both Dr. S. Kavoussi and Dr. P Kavoussi to discuss fertility. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. However, the response time after the initial meeting was horrible. I had to call several times. Each time, I was told that I should get a call back after the Dr. had looked at my films and 2 weeks later, I still do not know if he has viewed them. First I was told that the films were there and that the Dr. just needed to look at them and then I was told that they didn't have the films and would order them right away. We had a similar experience with my husband. I called and they said they had called him and left him a vm. They had called, however, there was never a voice mail. After several phone calls, my husband was finally able to find out his results. I, however, still do not know if the Dr has my films and if he has reviewed them. We will be going to another fertility clinic due to the lack of response from Austin Fertility & Reprod
