Our water heater was slowly leaking at the top and was over 14 years old so we knew it needed to be replaced. We called a PSE advisor to discuss options and get referrals for who we should have come out to replace our water heater. Fast Water Heater was one of the referred companies. We were quoted $799 without tax and an additional $100 for a permit to ensure it was up to code. It was vaguely mentioned that there may be additional costs after the technician assesses all that is needed but we were in no way prepared for an additional $600+. The technician was nice and gave us a few discounts and free showerhead. I agree with the other reviewers who say they wished they were a little more prepared upfront with how much the additional costs would be.\r
