Poor supervision, my 16 mo old has been injured so many times I lost track but aproaching 15 times in 3 months, and it was 90% bites from other children. when we complain or try to find out why, the staff and owner blame the child. they actually said that our baby doesnt cry when she's bitten so they cant do anything about it, what rubbish. Blamming the child for poor staffing and supervision. then after complaining and pointing out the poor supervision the owner she said to not bring our child back. only problem kids with parrents who never complain can attend here. stay for away.
